By embracing creativity as a high-priority cultural or operational value, teams are better empowered to identify, articulate, and eliminate underlying causes of dysfunction, manage complexity on the individual level, and allow leaders to lead in ways that capitalize upon individual motivations and strengths.
I’ve written extensively on this topic and have created a series of resources to help individuals navigate this philosophy. In the past, I’ve worked on a limited basis with both emerging and mature leadership teams to help bring about operational and cultural change or navigate jarring changes in scale.
